Themes are one of the main reasons people choose GB WhatsApp. You can change colours, bubbles, icons and backgrounds. Here is how it works.

Apply a Built-In Theme

  1. Open the three-dot menu and go to GB Settings.
  2. Tap Universal or Themes.
  3. Pick a theme from the list and tap Apply.
  4. Restart the app if prompted.

Download and Import Themes

  1. Download a theme file made for your app version, and use a source you trust.
  2. In the themes menu, choose Download themes or Load from file.
  3. Select the file and apply it.

Themes made for another developer’s build may not be compatible.

Customize Manually

  • Colours: header, background, chat bubbles and tick colours.
  • Fonts: change typeface and size.
